Brent Johnson, Vice President

Brent Johnson came to BVG in 2008 with over twenty years of experience in the real estate development industry having served in senior management roles in both Arizona and Southern California.   He has worked for both public and private development companies with the majority of his tenure being focused on luxury high end residential communities.   In these roles, Brent was responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, development, project management, and sales and marketing of over 6,200 residences with a combined value exceeding $2.3 billion. As Vice President for BVG, he works closely with the President and leadership team with respect to the financial and strategic planning for any new project and associated business ventures. This includes finalizing business terms and partnership agreements and coordinating legal documentation associated with land and property acquisitions.  Additionally, Brent is responsible for leading the project level teams with respect to obtaining all regulatory project approvals, budgeting and proforma preparation, project scheduling, association management, design, construction, quality assurance, and sales and marketing.
