Mike Smith, Project Development Manager

Mike Smith came to BVG in 2007 with over twenty five years of construction experience. His body of work consists of numerous resorts, multi-family residential, single family residential, custom homes and commercial construction. With the majority of his career spent in Hawaii, Mike returned to his roots in the Pacific Northwest where he is currently overseeing construction of BVG’s Seasons at Sandpoint located in Sandpoint, Idaho. He is ultimately responsible for the successful execution of BVG development projects including regulatory approvals, design, construction and ensuring the accuracy of all community documentation required at turnover to Associations. He ensures high-quality delivery, on time and on budget with implementation of the BVG vision and luxury standards.  Mike’s energy, considerable talent and extreme capabilities are a notable enhancement to our company.
